Shipping Info

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Processing means the amount of time it takes us to get your item ready to ship and on it's way to you! Shipping takes an additional amount of time depending on what you choose.
We are not responsible for the amount of time to deliver your item after it has left our possession.

**SHIPPING**
LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undelivered as addressed, we will work hard to help you locate the package. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. Once a package has been shipped we cannot be held responsible for a missing package. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.

Please note, Ginger's Custom Creations is not liable for any damages caused during shipping.  If your package is delivered damaged, please reach out to the Carrier's Customer Service Department to file a claim.  Once the package leaves our possession, we will not be responsible for any damages incurred while in transit.
